Alex joined O2 in 2010 to lead their newly created social media team, responsible for strategy and execution across their social presences. Before joining O2, Alex was Head of Digital at Fishburn Hedges, working across brand and corporate clients. His experience includes online comms strategy, brand engagement campaigns, issues management, and crisis comms. Alex created the first Facebook networking group for PRs and trialled using Twitter for sports results. Sadly this was before anyone who liked sports results used Twitter. He loves the internet. Or nearly all of it.
